State Pageant Information

The pageant will be held October 1st, 2011 in Panama City Beach, Florida. The pageant will be a memorable occasion beginning on Friday Night, September 30th with our "Queen of Hearts" Banquet continuing Saturday with a full day of beautiful young ladies in gowns and "heart themed" outfits representing their counties as we crown our 2011 North Florida State Queens and ending with our "Winners Brunch" on Sunday, October 2, 2011.  The entire event will be hosted by "Bay Point Marriott Resort and Spa" one of Florida's leading vacation destinations.  All registered contestants will receive a finalized pageant schedule on September 1, 2010.

While the "Miss Heart of America Pageant Program" is truly a "Pageant with a Purpose!" (that purpose begin to help feed hungry families across North Florida); the North FLorida State Miss Heart of America Pageant will be a "Celebration with a Purpose!" (that purpose being to recognize and reward the efforts of all our hard working City and County Queens who have worked so hard on behalf of children less fortunate than themselves).

The celebration begins Friday Night with our "Queen of Hearts" Banquet.  All of our County/City Queens and their families are invited to attend.  However, our "Special Guests" will be our 2010-2011 County/City Queen of Hearts and Ambassadors whose hard work has benefited families all across North Florida all year long.
There will be "Reserved Seating" for all of our 2010-2011 County/City Queen of Hearts and Ambassadors and their families.  The evening will be filled with fun, food and fellowship with friends the contestants have gained by begin part of the "Miss Heart Of America Program" during the 2010-2011 pageant year.

We will hear from representatives of some of the many organizations that have benefited from the efforts of these young ladies over the past year.  The contestants will also have to opportunity to meet the judges.

Door prizes will be abundant!  The finale of the evening will be the "Crowning and Recognition" of our three most prestigious titles:  Our 2011 North Florida State Miss Heart Of America Queen of Hearts, Ambassador and Community Queen.
Each Queen will receive her gorgeous sash, rhinestone crown, $1000 Cash Award,
a Pampering Prize Package (worth over $300), and her way paid to Nationals (a $395 value).

These three Queens will then be treated like the royalty they are for the entire
weekend event.  They will enjoy "Special Reserved Seating" along with their families for the entire 2011 North Florida State Pageant on Saturday.  They will be honored on stage with VIP introductions (to include all they have achieved over the year) and a "Walk of Fame!" all their own right before the crowning ceremony.  VIP treatment will continue with special invitations to the "Girls Just Want to Have Fun Pajama & Pizza Party" immediately following the pageant Saturday Night in the Bay Point Marriott VIP Suite.

The fun and recognition will continue on Sunday with our "Winner's Brunch" where they will join all of our 2011 North Florida State Queens for some food and final goodbyes!

The VIP recognition will continue all year long; however, with pictures and bios of our prestigious queens on the
2012 North Florida State Miss Heart of America website.

ALL THREE OF THE TOP NON-DIVISIONAL TITLES MAY ALSO TAKE HOME A DIVISIONAL TITLE!

Our 2011 Viewer's Choice Queen will be honored at a celebration all her own. She will receive her sash, crown and rhinestone tiara, her way paid to Nationals and a $300 gift basket.
The "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! Pajama & Pizza Party" immediately follows the
pageant and will be in her honor!

In addition to our Viewer's Choice Queen we will have 8 Divisional Viewer's Choice Winners. Each of our 8 Divisional
Winners will receive a "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!" button and an invitation to the party along with a $100 gift basket.

All of our 2010-2011 County/City Viewer's Choice Queens
will receive an invitation to this exclusive party!

A note to all of our 2011 North Florida Preliminary Winners:  As part of your prize package, your entry fee to the 2011 North Florida State Pageant is paid.  However, as soon as possible, you need to make Reservations at the Bay Point Marriott.  Staying at the hotel will make it easier on you and your family and it will be just plain FUN to be where it's "happenin". The resort has lots of activities planned for us.  So....make your hotel reservations asap (be sure to tell them you are with the Miss Heart of America Group -we have a very special low room rate and space at this low rate is very limited).  In addition, if you and your family plan to attend the "Queen of Hearts" Banquet on Friday night -- please order those tickets.  Again, space is limited.  The "Queen of Hearts" Banquet will be an evening full of fun, prizes and recognition.  We will have lots of "special" guests i.e. judges and representatives from some of the organizations that have benefited from our pageants throughout the 2010-2011 year.  The press will be there!  All our Queens will truly receive the "pink carpet" treatment.  Photo opportunities will be awesome with a very special "staged" area with throne and fabulous decorations.  You do not have to be a "Queen of Hearts" to attend!

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Tickets for the "Queen of Hearts" Banquet are now available:

1 Ticket $55

  2 Tickets $110.

3 Tickets $150 (Savings of $15.)

In your queens kit you will receive tracking forms to be submitted monthly.  The more activities you participate in, the more points you earn. The contestant with the most "Community Points" is awarded this title!

Ambassador: Our "Ambassador" title goes to the contestant who collects the most "Ambassador Points".  By sharing information about the Miss Heart of America Pageant Program, our Ambassadors help to promote collection of additional canned food items.  Contestants receive points for referring other contestants to our programs,  placing posters in local businesses and  selling "Sponsor Spots" in our programs.
