Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies (ages 6 weeks to 4 years). It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing AND the stroller. All strollers, except umbrella strollers will work fine. This is not just a stroll in the park but a workout that gets you striding into your best shape while spending time with your child and other moms! |
